We do not guarantee that the AI-generated material is original, compliant with copyright laws, or appropriate for use on publishing platforms such as Amazon or any other distribution channel. You acknowledge that some publishing platforms may impose restrictions or reject AI-generated material, and First Book AI bears no responsibility for how your content is received or evaluated elsewhere. You further agree that any attempt to use our tool to generate content for illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or misleading purposes is strictly prohibited, and we are not liable for any consequences or claims resulting from such use.
You retain all rights to any original content, input, or files you upload or submit to the Service. By using the platform, you grant First Book AI a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, store, and process your content as needed to operate and improve the Service. You confirm that you either own or have the necessary rights and permissions to submit such content, and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights or violate any laws.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or offensive activities. This includes, but is not limited to, generating or distributing content that is libelous, obscene, defamatory, violent, threatening, or pornographic. You are also prohibited from attempting to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts, servers, or networks connected to the Service. Automated access, scraping, or using bots to interact with the platform is also not permitted. You may not use the Service to build, support, or market a product that directly competes with First Book AI.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time and without notice if we determine that you have violated these Terms, misused the platform, or posed a risk to the security or integrity of our system. In the event of termination, your license to use the Service will immediately end, and we may delete or deactivate your account and any related data.

This includes, without limitation, claims related to AI-generated content, publishing failures, or third-party platform rejections. In no event shall our total liability to you for any claim exceed the amount you paid for access to the Service within the twelve months prior to the incident giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless First Book ai, its founders, employees, affiliates, and partners from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or any content you create, submit, or publish through the platform.
